How I work

My work follows a transparent process. The specific court mandate determines which meetings, records and coordination are required.

1. Clarify the mandate

I review the order, scope, records, deadlines, urgency and potential conflicts of interest. Unclear issues are raised early.

2. Involve the child

Communication is adapted to age, development, language and current stress. The child receives clear information and is not made responsible for the court’s decision.

3. Assess information

Relevant people and services are involved only as necessary. Sources, observations, evaluations and open questions remain distinguishable.

4. Represent and review

The child’s perspective is presented orally and in writing. In guardianship work, decisions are documented, implemented and reviewed for their effect.
