Services

Three roles. Clear responsibility.

Mandate and legal status differ. Careful participation of the child connects all three areas.

01

Child advocacy in court proceedings

As a German Verfahrensbeistand, I identify the child’s interests and present them to the family court clearly, independently and in an age-appropriate manner.

02

Professional guardianship

As a certified professional guardian, I legally represent a minor and base every decision on the young person’s welfare, rights and growing autonomy.

03

Supplementary guardianship

As a supplementary guardian, I represent the child only in the matter assigned by the family court — personally, carefully and in a way the young person can understand.

Multilingual communication

German, Romanian and English — without unnecessary language barriers.

Children and parents can often describe complex experiences more accurately in a familiar language. I explain roles and procedural steps clearly and assess when a qualified interpreter is required.
